The Lore Rewrite Project aims to recreate the official Town of Salem lore, as if it had been in continuous development since its inception in 2015.
This includes a narrative that spans across all three existing Town of Salem games, a reimagining of the existing 7 canon chapters, along with several side stories that flesh out Salem and its townies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of now, the Lore Rewrite project is incomplete. Many of the chapters will be unavailable, and details are subject to change. Take note of the Changelog below for updates on newly released chapters!
Changelog:
Version 1.01.01: Chapter 8 Splash Art (March 15, 2025)
The Loremaster made some wonderful splash art for The Mysterious Being! You can check it out on his Bluesky page, or by reading the chapter!
Version 1.01.00: Parity Update! (March 15, 2025)
Spring has Sprung! Mystery of the Philosopher's Stone, False Love Festival, Book of the Dead, and The Mysterious Being have been released. This brings the ToS2 Lore Rewrite project up to the same point in the story where the original canon lore ended! This is a huge milestone for the project, and I can't thank you all enough for sticking with me through this journey up until now. Much more lore awaits beyond this point!
Extra special thanks to the Loremaster, who helped me out tremendously with writing these chapters and getting on track with this project. Give him and his Lifelink Website
lots of love from me!
